I decided to install Linux. First time I couldn't do it myself because I didn't understand. After I invited my friend. My friend more experienced and he done it! Thank to the author
The instruction is well ordered, including most generally used commands. Yet it is mainly aimed at pure beginners who are new to Linux OS.
Picked up a book on Linux to boost my skills. This book was great and sharpening my skills and I definitely recommend!
I gave this too my son to learn the command line. This book makes assumptions about the desktop and file system structure that were not correct for the system I built for my son (KDE, Slackware 64). I had to constantly correct my son from these erroneous assumptions. Can I have my money back?
